Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before booking your space at GPS 2026

Registration

All requests have to be made in writing and form should be submitted with the Company seal and signature.
The stall booking is subject to receive 100% payment in advance. If exhibitor is paying 50% payment as booking amount or advance, the organizer will hold the space till 1st October 2026.
If balance payment is not made by 1st October 2026, organiser reserve right to cancel booking, with no refund of advance payment.
Only the agreed exhibits may be displayed. The Organisers will not be responsible for any damages.

Possession of Stalls

The space (Shell Scheme) will be allotted on 14th December 2026 after 01:00 p.m.
The space (Bare Scheme) will be allotted on 13th December 2026 after 11:00 a.m.
The stalls should be vacated by 9:00 p.m. on 17th December 2026.
Exhibitors must occupy the space allotted not later than 8:00 a.m. on 15th December 2026.

Stall Setup & Inclusions

Shell scheme stall: fascia board with company name, one table, two chairs, three spotlights, registration fee, electric point, carpet.
Bare scheme — only electric connection provided. Other structure and furniture by participants.
Height of stand should not exceed 3.00 mtrs. — designs to be approved by 16th November 2026.

Rules & Regulations

Music systems and special lights should not cause inconvenience to other exhibitors or visitors.
Exhibits must not intrude into pathways or cause hazard.
No fuel or inflammable material is allowed in the exhibition premises.
Brochure distribution only from within your own stand.

Electrical Connections

Extra power requisitions on or before 27th November 2026.
Extra power charges: Rs. 2,500 / Euro 45 per kW.
Standard electric point (300W socket) included in all stall packages.

Cancellation / Postponement

In case of cancellation caused by natural calamities, Force Majeure, War, or government instructions.
Amount given by exhibitors will be adjusted in the next event. If organisers cancel, exhibitors get 100% refund (without interest).
The applicable GST amount will not be refunded.
